2020 Fees Information

Diakosmos Dance Academy is introducing online direct debit payment systems. The direct debit payment will take place on the 28th of each month from January to November. If the date falls on a weekend the payment will be debited on the following Monday.

The fees are all inclusive of GST, term fees, concert production fees, costume hire fees, participation medal, Concert DVD or Streaming and end of year Christmas party. Term length, school and public holidays have been taken into account.

Enrolment and insurance fees will be invoiced upon enrolment and not included in the monthly fees.

Other exclusions:                       
Exam fees (depended on exam)
Competition fees and costumes hired/purchased for competitions
All uniforms for classes

We are currently delivering our classes online due to the COVID-19 situation, through the platform Zoom. All classes must be  pre-paid through our direct debit payment system. Without payment, students will not receive an email invitation to participate in classes.

All fees are strictly non-refundable. One month’s written notice is required to notify Diakosmos Dance Academy of any changes. Changes may include: cancellation of enrolment, reduction of classes. Failure to notify in writing to will result in a continuation of direct debit payments. Detailed Terms and conditions apply.

No refunds apply or part thereof due to absence. Students unable to attend their allocated dance classes will be offered a credit class (excluding private lessons). The credit class must be undertaken within the term. Extra conditions may apply.

Class sizes are capped at 10 students per class. This is to ensure students receive one-on-one attention from teachers. Our programs are personalised and tailored to meet the needs of each of our students, encouraging them to strive to reach their full potential. Students may enrol in extra classes at any time permitting availability.

Our Tuition fee structure is based on a sliding scale. Unlimited classes commence per student after 7 classes per week.

Fees are non-refundable. Terms and conditions apply. Due to COVID-19, our fees have been reduced. 

Please note: Term 2, 2020 is an 11 week term.

Primary - Secondary School Students:

*Musical Theatre = 2 classes per week

**Acro Jazz = 2 classes per week

***Saturday Senior Exam Contemporary = 2 classes per week

Diakosmos Cherubs (2.5-3 yrs): First Dance Steps

Diakosmos Dancing Darlings (3-5 yrs): Moving up Dance Steps

Full year payment in advance will receive a 10% discount to the above fees.
Family discount of 5% applies to the above fees.
Direct debit commences on Jan 28th 2020.
Payments occur on the 28th of each month for 11 months of the year (January – November).

Diakosmos Private Lessons: (to be paid in advance through direct debit system)

Enrolment Fee Compulsory per student (upon enrolment)

An annual enrolment fee covers, general insurance, personal accident insurance, music licences, administration costs and related costs. 

Uniform Options

Diakosmos Dance Academy T Shirts and Hoodies can be purchased through Diakosmos Dance Academy. All other uniform items can be purchased through recommended dance retailers.
