Where are the classes held?

 

Diakosmos Dance Academy is located at 4 Newcastle Street, Thornbury, Melbourne, VIC 3071.
 

We are near public transport; Bus – Victoria Road, Thornbury-only a short walk. Thornbury Train Station and High Street Trams – only a 20 minute walk to the studio.

Who is the class for?

Our body conditioning classes are specifically designed for:

 

  • Both male and female students

  • Students who want to develop strength and increase flexibility

  • Students that like to try something new and extend themselves

  • Those who want to participate in dance competitions - individual or troupe sections.

 

 What is the class content?

Body conditioning class is an important class at Diakosmos Dance Academy. Body Conditioning class assists both male and female students to develop into well balanced dancers and a total workout that will add to overall dance training.

 

The class focuses on increasing student’s flexibility and strength by teaching a range of exercises. Students increase aerobic fitness, develop core strength and toning of the muscle.
