DIAKOSMOS CHERUBS & DANCING DARLINGS
What is the class content?
Children love to dance and to be creative. Learning to dance at any age is special however being able to express yourself through dance from a young age is unique. Dance combines the ability of a child to express themselves creatively and at the same time benefit from developing skills in coordination, flexibility and strength.
Diakosmos Dance Academy offers specialised inclusive dance programs for all toddlers and pre-schoolers in the conventional dance program. All children are welcome.
Diakosmos Cherubs for children 2.5 years to 3 years old. A 30 minutes class for our youngest dancers that introduces them to Ballet and Creative dance.
Diakosmos Dancing Darlings for children 3 years to 5 years old. A 45 minute class for our young dance enthusiasts and we introduce them to Tap, Ballet and Creative dance.

In Toddler & Pre-school Dance students will:
Develop coordination, flexibility and strength
Be introduced to a range of styles and learn the foundations
Be able to focus on one style
Be introduced to a range of styles
Encouraged to be self- expressive and creative
Enjoy and have fun.

Where are the classes held?
Diakosmos Dance Academy is located at 4 Newcastle Street, Thornbury, Melbourne, VIC 3071.
We are near public transport; Bus – Victoria Road, Thornbury-only a short walk. Thornbury Train Station and High Street Trams – only a 20 minute walk to the studio.
